Joseph V⁹ Winemiller (Josef (Joseph)⁸, Jacob⁷, John Frantz (Francis)⁶, Johannes (John)⁵ Weinmuller, Conrad⁴ Weinmueller, Johannes "Hans"³, Hans Friedrich II², Hans Friedrich I¹) (#570) was born Dover Twp., York Co., Pa September 2, 1842. Joseph died January 11, 1926 Dover Twp., York Co., Pa, at 83 years of age.⁽³⁴⁾ His body was interred Hopwell Twp York Co Pa, Stewartstown Cemetery.⁽³⁵⁾

He married Sophia Ann Bowman about 1864. (Sophia Ann Bowman is #571.) Sophia was born Dover Twp., York Co., Pa January 14, 1843.⁽³⁶⁾ Sophia was the daughter of David Bowman and Sarah Anstine. Sophia died May 3, 1938 Stewartstown Pennsylvania, at 95 years of age. Her body was interred Stewartstown Pennsylvania.

Joseph V Winemiller and Sophia Ann Bowman had the following children:

• 279 ii. George G Winemiller (#1202) was born November 12, 1867. George died August 17, 1939 at 71 years of age. He married Hattie Trout about 1883. (Hattie Trout is #1203.) Hattie was born January 31, 1863. Hattie died 1939 at 76 years of age.

• 280 iii. Eleanora B Winemiller (#1204) was born 1871. She married Foster Hershey about 1890. (Foster Hershey is #1205.) Foster was born about 1870. (See Foster Hershey for the continuation of this line.)

• 282 v. Joseph F Winemiller (#1206) was born 1875. Joseph died 1875 at less than one year of age.

• 283 vi. Milton V Winemiller (#1207) was born 1876.

• 284 vii. Augustus B Winemiller (#1208) was born 1878. Augustus died 1958 at 80 years of age. He married Pearl Tompkins. (Pearl Tompkins is #2061.) Pearl was born 1885. Pearl died 1958 at 73 years of age.

• 285 viii. Sarah Isbella Winemiller (#572) was born Maryland 1881. Bell died 1941 at 60 years of age. She married Mr Treadway about 1905. (Mr Treadway is #574.) (See Mr Treadway for the continuation of this line.)
