He married Mahala Winemiller Upshur County West Virgina, September 20, 1869. (Mahala Winemiller is #808.) Mahala was born March 1846. Mahala was the daughter of Henry Winemiller and Susannah Westfall.

Beverly Waugh and Mahala Winemiller had the following child:
