Wv June 4, 1911. John died March 6, 1986 Clarksburg, Harrison Co. West Virginia, at 74 years of age.

He married Ima Virginia Boggess Harrison County, West Virginia, June 18, 1932. (Ima Virginia Boggess is #765.) Ima was born Shinnston, Harrison County Wv November 10, 1913. Ima is the daughter of R. Wood Boggess and Florence Ethel Griffin.
